The Girls’ Volleyball is experiencing an exciting new chapter as they welcome their new head coach, former coach at Holmes Middle School, Coach Green. The program is looking forward to fresh goals and opportunities for growth, both on and off the court. Coach Green brings her own style of leadership and vision, focusing on teamwork, confidence, and building a strong team culture.
Players like Beverly Silva, Class of 2o26, has stated that she has already noticed a difference in practice, citing new skills and lessons that have helped them improve. Silva assures, “Coach Green has already taught me that there is always another way to look at a game, whether we’re winning or losing, energy is all it takes to turn a game around.”
Coach Green, says keeping the team motivated will be key when challenges arise during the season, and she explains that “When we face tough opponents, I will remind our team of their strength.” With this mindset, she hopes to build not only a competitive team but also a long lasting culture of resilience and unity for the program.
