The opening night for Once upon a Mattress blew the audience away with an incredible performance from director Mrs. Ambroz, music director Mr. Hodur, pit director Mr. Combs, Choreographer Mrs. Barnett, and the talented cast of Coronado students. The show is a reformed version of the popular tale of Princess and the Pea and features many original songs from vocalists Asael Gonzales, Louisa Brott, James Boehlke, April Getz, Levi Roberts, Deanna Cooper and Brenna Kerwin. The show brings a romantic theme along with a touch of humor, bringing laughter and tears to the crowd.
