The girls Varsity Tennis team continues to work their way up the leader boards with a current record of 5-2 and a league record of 2-1.

This month the Cougars have defeated Falcon at 7-0, Fountain Fort Carson at 7-0 and Liberty at 6-1.

They have only lost against Rampart in a very close game at 3-4.

Singles players Bethany Heitland, 10, and Carli Kassner, 9, both have a record of 6 wins and only 1 loss. Doubles players, and team captains, Kara Perry, 12, and Sydney Walker, 12, have a 6-1 record as well. Walker says of her great season, now at its midpoint, “we are hoping to carry this momentum into the post-season.”

Great job and good luck finishing up this year with an impressive winning streak.
