Pre-Season Track: Be There or Be Slow

Want to be as fast as junior Taylor Dutton? Come to preseason track workouts starting January 17th!

Cougars! Spring is fast approaching and that means it is time for Track and Field pre-season workouts!

Beginning January 17th, interested athletes can meet every Tuesday and Thursday at Coach Christensen’s office (In the Gym Building).

Practice lasts only from 3:15 to 4:00, so there is no excuse not to come and get in a quick workout.

No waiver or paperwork is required, just come with athletic clothes and a good attitude.
