Various concerts at the end of the year make our music schedule busy and our entertainment options numerous. No matter what concert you would rather see (or which one your friends are in), there’s an option for everyone. Here are the concerts coming up in May:

May 3

Symphonic and Wind Ensemble Concert, 7:00 PM in the auditorium

May 8

Choir Concert, 7:00 PM in the auditorium

May 10

Orchestra Concert, 7:00 PM in the auditorium

Coronado’s music groups have been working hard to prepare these concerts for the school. Blue Note Jaiden Twining, 11, talked about how the choir groups have been practicing every day during class and outside of class. For these groups, it will be a great way to round off an incredible year, in which they “won all sorts of things in show choir and Blue Notes.” He’s “going to be sad seeing people leave,” as they finish their senior year, but he’s looking forward to a great end of the year concert. Every other music group is in the same situation, so go support them as they finish their year strong!
