Looking for a new favorite restaurant? Monse’s Pupuseria is a family-owned small business in Old Colorado City that serves delicious, authentic El Salvadorian food.

According to their website, they “make everything locally and take pride in [their] authentic, homemade-style menu. [They] believe in providing fresh, all natural food and are dedicated to the freshness of [their] homemade recipes.”

I’ve been to Monse’s Pupuseria two times in just the past week, which should tell you just how great it is! Their menu (linked down below) has a ton of fun flavor combinations for the pupusas as well as other classic Latin American dishes, like tamales and enchiladas.
