Twain Slayter, Staff Writer
Twain Slayter is a Senior at Coronado High school, with a strong passion for music. He loves choral music and is a very accomplished individual who has been in several choirs, including Colorado Allstate Choir, Western State Honor Choir, and Coronado’s Chamber, Show, Bluenotes, and Men’s choirs. He joined Advertisement class for the potential opportunity to increase the promotion of the performing arts and believes they should all be just as recognized as sports. He focuses mostly on voice, although he knows how to sight-read piano sheet music and is considering learning the Baritone Ukulele. Twain is also involved and interested in theater and is planning, with much excitement, to audition for the upcoming musical at Coronado, Cinderella. Surprisingly, in the future, he would like to major in Hydroscience. His biological parents are both from Portugal. He would describe himself as sarcastic, but he is also very kind. He’s a very passionate person and a fun personality.
