Coronado High School will host the 42nd annual Homecoming Parade on September 24, 2022, from 10:00 A.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Old Colorado City. It’s great Coronado gets to participate in this wonderful event; it’s a time to represent school spirit and grow that bond with peers.

“I think the floats are really cool, all the schools that get involved, and people coming together to have a good time,” claims Coronado’s principal, Darin Smith. He added that “Bonding is important. We are a team.”

Darin Smith, class of 1990, shared his thoughts on the upcoming parade: “I’m excited. It brings the community together. It shows the strength of the west side of Colorado Springs.”
