As the new quarter starts, some parents are curious to find out how their kids are performing at school. To help them out, Coronado is hosting parent-teacher conferences from October 26 to28. Wednesday conferences begin after school from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. and will run Thursday all day from 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Conferences happen once every year and are an opportunity for parents to get together with teachers to discuss things such as grades, behavior, and ways to improve upon a student’s life.

Ms. Dziak, an English teacher, said that parent-teacher conferences are a positive experience because they show “that there is a network around every single student that cares and wants their success…[This] shows the importance of people coming together.”
