The Terrors Rugby Team, which consists of players from a multitude of Colorado Springs high schools including Coronado, has made it to the state finals following an undefeated season. They will face Monarch, a team that has lost games this season.

A Coronado student from the team, Dillon Marlow, 10, is excited for the big game. When asked how the season has gone so far, he responded with “We were undefeated! The first year we weren’t as good. We went to the playoffs and lost in the first round. This year’s been great. We only have two seniors so we’ll be mostly back next year.”

The game’ll start at 5:00 pm this Saturday, and it takes place at North Stadium in Westminster. There will be a spirit bus going to the game that leaves from Palmer (permission slip required.) Good luck to the Terrors in their endeavor for the state title! Represent Colorado Springs rugby out there on the field!
