What happened on October 31st

1492: Sir Nicholas De Mimsy-Porpington was killed in a near beheading.

1979: Order of the Phoenix Halloween Party (Neville and Harry born 9 months later).

1981: Voldemort kills the Potters and loses his power.

1991: TROLL IN THE DUNGEON! Snape gets bitten by Fluffy while foiling Quirrel’s attempt to steal the Stone.

1992: Sir Nicholas’ 500th Deathday Party.  The first attack from the Chamber of Secrets leaves Mrs. Norris petrified.

1993: Sirius Black attacks the Fat Lady and everyone has to sleep in the Great Hall.

1994: Harry’s name comes out of the Goblet of Fire along with Viktor Krum, Fleur Delacoeur, and (True Hogwart’s Champion) Cedric Diggory.
