Frozen II

Frozen+II

Frozen II is a new movie hit in the theaters. The first Frozen is the highest grossing movie of all time, but Frozen II is coming to steal its spot. The songs, actors, and story line are all one to remember and even if you never thought so, Frozen II is even better than the first. Evidence from peers, social media, and upcoming statistics prove so.

Even though it may seem like it, Frozen II is not just for children, the theater will be full of teenagers trying to reminisce about their childhood years. The movie begins with the two sisters, Elsa and Anna, embarking on a journey far from their home of Arendelle after hearing from their dad about an enchanted forest. Their friends, Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven, join them on their journey.

In Serena Goble’s (9) opinion, “The movie was better than the first Frozen, the age range is anywhere from toddlers to parents and grandparents.” On a scale from one to ten Goble rates it a nine for being one of her favorite movies. The movie definitely exceeded her expectations, she never thought it would be better than the first movie. Serena also remarks, “The overarching theme has to do with self acceptance and fixing problems from past generations.”

Goble’s favorite character was obviously Elsa. “She took everything into her own hands and made the movie that much better,” she mentions. On the other hand, her least favorite character was Ana. “In my opinion, Ana was more in the way than anything,” Serena comments.

As many kids and adults watched Frozen II agree, the movie was a big hit, especially when they walked out of the theater with tears in their eyes. Without mentioning any spoilers, watch Frozen II to retake the journey of your childhood along with the characters.
