After 71 games and a whole lot of emotion, March Madness is finally complete, and with that the Cougar Daily March Madness Bracket Challenge has concluded. Six of 29 Cougars, as well as former President Barack Obama, correctly predicted North Carolina as the eventual winner of the tournament.
