If you want to learn about sports nutrition and would like to find out the answers to these questions, you might want to consider attending the FREE nutrition seminar sponsored by Redline Athletics. It will be held on September 12th at 7pm at 4960 Centennial Blvd. (Redline Athletics training center).

 

They will be covering information on what, when, and how to eat for athletes on and off the field as well as topics including body composition, hydration, and introduction to nutrients.
